Order Tracking and Delivery

How to Track my Order?

Go to our tracking page and easily track your orders using the Order ID/ AWB Number associated with your order.

What should I do if I missed the delivery of my order today?

In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day.

What should I do if the delivery of my order is delayed?

We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, a new delivery timeframe will be shared with you on your tracking page and you can check its status there.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time differs from product to product which is based on the in-stock availability or made-to-order and your delivery location. Usually it takes around 7-10 business days for our orders to get delivered.

How can I change my delivery address?

Let us know about the change via our contact form on the Contact page within 24 hours of placing of order.

I am unable to check my order status or tracking info what should I do?

Let us know about your issue via our contact form on the Contact page and our team will help you with the Order Status or Tracking Info.

Why does the promised Delivery date vary from one item to the other?

The key reasons for delivery variation are : Non- availability of items in stock and Products from different vendors. In the case of products from different vendors, the promised delivery date vary from one item to the other.

As, one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch after two days, as per the availability. So, this way the promised Delivery date vary from one item to the other.

Do I get FREE Home Delivery for my orders?

Yes, Banjara Market offers Free Home Delivery for all orders to be delivered anywhere in India.

Do you deliver products in apartments also?

Yes, we do deliver products in apartments. But, in absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment.

Can I take my delivery later than the date specified?

Yes, we can help you with that as well. Just let us know how late do you wish your product to be delivered via our Contact Form on our Contact Page.

Payment and Invoice

What are the payment options available?

You can make your payment via almost all online options such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, GPay and also you can choose to pay with Cash on Delivery (COD).

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

No, Banjara Market never requests customers to share any Banking details or credentials via any communication mode. 

What things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

  1. During an online transaction, you will be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction gets completed, you will be redirected to a Banjara Market page with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
  2. Also, please be informed to never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?

Yes, it is completely safe to use credit card, debit card or net banking while shopping with Banjara Market.

What things should I keep handy for my online transaction?

In case of online transactions:

  1. For Credit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
  2. For Debit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So, in that case keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  3. For net banking, you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

How to download the GST Invoice?

Your Invoice will be sent to you via mail or you can download the Invoice once your order has been shipped by logging into your account if you have created your account before placing your order.

How to Create an Account with Banjara Market?

Click on the ‘My Account’ button, present at the top right corner of our website. This will take you to the Login/Registration area where you can register from either of the following ways to get on board:

  1. Manual form filling: You can manually fill up the form to register yourself by filling the general details.
  2. Sign up with Facebook: You can also sign up through your Facebook account by clicking on “or continue with Facebook”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.
  3. Sign up through Gmail: You can also sign up through your Gmail account by clicking on “or continue with Gmail”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.

Your Banjara Market account is now ready.

How can I change my phone number or my shipping address?

In order to change your account phone number or shipping address, Login into our website and go to ‘My Account’ page. Here click on ‘Addresses’ tab and Edit the details you wish to change. Save changes when you are done.

How to view all the orders that I have placed?

In order to view all your orders, Login into our website and go to ‘My Account’ page. Here click on ‘Orders’ tab and all your previous orders will be displayed here.

Ho do I change my Password?

Login into our website and go to ‘My Account’ page. Here click on ‘My Account’ tab and Edit the details you wish to change. Save changes when you are done.

How to Log Out of my account?

Login into our website and go to ‘My Account’ page. Here click on ‘Logout’ tab and you will be asked if you wish to logout. Click on the text to Logout.

Damaged or Defective Item

What can I do if I receive a damaged product?

First off all, apologies if that happens. If you notice that you received a damaged product, please inform us within 24 Hrs after receiving your order via the Contact Form available on our Contact Page and our team will shortly get in touch with you and provide appropriate resolution.

Will I receive a replacement or refund if I receive damaged products?

Once your damage complaint is acknowledged, we take very structured actions, as per which:

  1. our first approach is always to make a replacement for the product which was received damaged. If we do not have that specific product in stock,
  2. We then make a Refund of the amount of that particular product to your account details.

Should I make a video while unboxing my parcel?

Yes, we always suggest that you make a video while unpacking your order. It may be used as a proof of damaged parcel.

In how many days do I get refund if replacement in not available?

In case when a replacement product in not in stock, your product amount will be refunded back to your account within 5-7 business days after we initiate the refund process.

Do you pack orders with extra safety and care?

Yes, we always make sure to add extra cushioning to all our products while packing them.
