In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day.

We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, a new delivery timeframe will be shared with you on your tracking page and you can check its status there.

The delivery time differs from product to product which is based on the in-stock availability or made-to-order and your delivery location. Usually it takes around 7-10 business days for our orders to get delivered.

The key reasons for delivery variation are : Non- availability of items in stock and Products from different vendors. In the case of products from different vendors, the promised delivery date vary from one item to the other.

As, one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch after two days, as per the availability. So, this way the promised Delivery date vary from one item to the other.

Yes, Banjara Market offers Free Home Delivery for all orders to be delivered anywhere in India.

Yes, we do deliver products in apartments. But, in absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment.

Yes, we can help you with that as well. Just let us know how late do you wish your product to be delivered via our Contact Form on our Contact Page.

You can make your payment via almost all online options such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, GPay and also you can choose to pay with Cash on Delivery (COD).

No, Banjara Market never requests customers to share any Banking details or credentials via any communication mode. 

  1. During an online transaction, you will be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction gets completed, you will be redirected to a Banjara Market page with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
  2. Also, please be informed to never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Yes, it is completely safe to use credit card, debit card or net banking while shopping with Banjara Market.

In case of online transactions:

  1. For Credit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
  2. For Debit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So, in that case keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  3. For net banking, you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

Your Invoice will be sent to you via mail or you can download the Invoice once your order has been shipped by logging into your account if you have created your account before placing your order.

First off all, apologies if that happens. If you notice that you received a damaged product, please inform us within 24 Hrs after receiving your order via the Contact Form available on our Contact Page and our team will shortly get in touch with you and provide appropriate resolution.

Once your damage complaint is acknowledged, we take very structured actions, as per which:

  1. our first approach is always to make a replacement for the product which was received damaged. If we do not have that specific product in stock,
  2. We then make a Refund of the amount of that particular product to your account details.

Yes, we always suggest that you make a video while unpacking your order. It may be used as a proof of damaged parcel.

Yes, you will be asked to share proof (photo/video)of damaged product received.

In case when a replacement product in not in stock, your product amount will be refunded back to your account within 5-7 business days after we initiate the refund process.

Yes, we always make sure to add extra cushioning to all our products while packing them.
